1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://www.alaa.beauty and the beauty services offered by Alaa Hair & Beauty Ltd ("Alaa Beauty", "we", "us", "our"), a ladies' hair, makeup, bridal and home-visit beauty service based in London, United Kingdom.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, requesting a booking, creating an account, signing in with a social provider, leaving a review, or using the referral feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
3. Booking Appointments
- Appointments can be requested through the website booking form or by contacting us on WhatsApp.
- Service descriptions, durations and prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on your hair, the service chosen, and the location of any home visit.
- Home visits are subject to availability and travel area.
4. Appointment Requests
Submitting the booking form sends us a request only. An appointment is not confirmed until Alaa replies to confirm availability by email, SMS or WhatsApp. A requested time may already be taken; we will offer the nearest alternative where possible.
5. Cancellation Policy
- If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so the time can be offered to another client.
- Repeated late cancellations may affect future bookings.
- Any deposit terms for bridal or large bookings will be confirmed with you in advance before they apply.
6. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. If you are running late, message us on WhatsApp. Significant lateness may shorten your service or require rescheduling so that following clients are not delayed.
7. No Shows
Failure to attend a confirmed appointment without notice ("no show") may affect your ability to book in future and, where a deposit was agreed in advance, that deposit may be retained.
8. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Prices may change; the price confirmed for your appointment is the price that applies.
9. Gift Cards & Promotions
- Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to any expiry date and conditions stated at the time of issue.
- Promotions cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, have no cash alternative, and may be withdrawn or changed.
10. Loyalty Program Rules
- Loyalty points are a goodwill benefit, hold no cash value, and may be changed or discontinued.
- Points are linked to your account and are non-transferable.
- We may adjust or remove points awarded in error or through misuse.
11. Reviews & User Content
- Reviews must be genuine and reflect your own experience.
- Reviews may be moderated before publication and approved by us before they appear publicly.
- Offensive, fraudulent, unlawful or off-topic reviews may be removed.
- Where a review is shown publicly, only your first name (or first name and last initial) is displayed — never your full email or private details.
- By submitting a review you grant us permission to display it on our website and marketing.
12. Referral Program Rules
- If you refer a friend, you confirm you have their permission to share their name and contact details with us so we can send an invitation.
- Referral rewards are at our discretion and may change, have no cash alternative, and any campaign may be modified or withdrawn.
- Fraudulent or abusive referrals may be rejected and related rewards cancelled.
13. Social Login (Google, Apple, Facebook)
Users may sign in using Google, Apple or Facebook. Authentication is provided by those providers and is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We only receive your name and email address from the provider you choose, to create or match your account. We never receive your password.
14. Customer Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

15. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle your personal data in line with UK GDPR. How we collect, use and protect your information — including booking, review, referral and social-login data — is explained in our Privacy Policy.
16. Intellectual Property
The Alaa Beauty name, logo, text, images and website design belong to Alaa Hair & Beauty Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our written permission.
17. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
18. Health & Allergy Disclosure
- You must tell us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, or medical conditions relevant to your treatment.
- A patch test may be required before colour or chemical services; please request one if you have not had the product before.
- We are not liable for reactions arising from information you did not disclose.
19. Service Refusal Rights
We may decline or stop a service where it would be unsafe, where required health information has not been disclosed, or where behaviour is abusive or inappropriate. We treat all clients with respect and expect the same in return.
20. Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change. Some features (such as booking, reviews and social login) depend on third-party services.
21. Changes to Terms
