Booking

How does booking work?
Choose your service, pick a free time and send your request. Alaa reviews every request herself and confirms by email or WhatsApp. Your appointment isn't fixed until she confirms โ€” so nothing ever feels automated or double-booked.
Why do I create an account to book?
Your account keeps your bookings, reviews and loyalty points together, and helps Alaa recognise returning clients. It takes seconds โ€” just your name, email and a password.
Can I book outside normal hours?
Yes โ€” tick "special time request" in the booking flow (early bridal mornings are the most common). Special times are always approved manually by Alaa.
Can I just book on WhatsApp?
Of course. Message 07825 957159 with the service and day you'd like, and Alaa will arrange it with you directly.

Bridal

Do I need a bridal trial?
Strongly recommended. The trial is where we perfect your look โ€” skin tone, lashes, veil or hijab styling, photographs in daylight. On the wedding morning everything is then calm and certain.
Can Alaa come to me on the wedding morning?
Yes โ€” wedding-morning home visits across London are one of Alaa's signature services. Bridal party styling (mums, sisters, bridesmaids) can be added; tell Alaa the group size when you enquire.
How far ahead should I book bridal?
Popular dates go quickly โ€” book your trial 2โ€“3 months before the wedding where possible. Short-notice brides should WhatsApp directly and Alaa will do her best.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Please do! Send screenshots on WhatsApp before or after booking โ€” Alaa will tell you honestly how the style will work for your hair and features.

Home visits

Which areas do you cover?
London and surrounding areas. Travel starts from ยฃ5 extra depending on your postcode โ€” Alaa confirms the exact arrangement before your appointment.
Are home visits ladies-only too?
Yes, completely. All Alaa Beauty appointments โ€” studio and home โ€” are ladies-only, private and respectful.
What do I need to prepare at home?
Just a chair near a plug socket and good light. Alaa brings everything else, including the mirror-finish blow-dry.

Deposits & cancellations

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Most regular appointments need no deposit. Bridal bookings and large groups may require a small deposit to hold the date โ€” Alaa explains this clearly when she confirms.
What if I need to cancel or move my appointment?
Life happens โ€” just give as much notice as you can, ideally 48 hours. Message Alaa on WhatsApp and she will rearrange your time.
What if Alaa has to cancel?
In the rare case Alaa is unwell, she will contact you as early as possible and prioritise rebooking you โ€” bridal clients always come first.

Patch tests & allergies

Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes โ€” if you're a new colour client or haven't coloured with Alaa in the last 12 months, a patch test at least 48 hours before your colour appointment keeps you safe. Alaa will arrange it when she confirms.
I have sensitive skin or allergies โ€” can you still style me?
Usually yes. Tell Alaa about any allergies or sensitivities in your booking notes and she will choose suitable products, or advise honestly if a service isn't right for you.
Is keratin safe for my hair?
Alaa assesses your hair condition first and will tell you honestly whether keratin will help or whether your hair needs treatment first. Condition always comes before sales.
